      i'm also have the same problem(no sound), and try to reinstall it after factory reset from TWRP but no result(no sound again). Did you mean factory reset in setting or TWRP ?

      oh, factory reset and wipe data & dalvik cache fisrt.
      reinstall.
      wipe data & dalvik cache again then reboot?
