1.when you connect your device be sure to activate the Debug mode first (Settings->Developer options-> USB Debugging) if the don't find the menu you have to activate it from settings about Phone and tapping the Build Nummber so many times till a message appear with counter to tell you how many times to press more to get the developer options menu.
2.the program should recognize your device and you will see the details like that
3.Root your device if not rooted by clicking the Root button and follow the instructions
4.after Root finish make an NVRAM Backup to save your IMEI nummbers and WIFI IDand many other important informations about your device, you can use this menu to coorect your IMEI too.
5.after that go to the second tab (root. backup. recovery) to make a full backup of your device System and wait till it finish which will take very long (About 15 Min) after that you will be asked to pack the backup to space on your hard disk (not needed)
as you can see the program still have many other options like change your recovery or to repair your device if it shows dram fail message in Flash Tool using your backup throw the option (to prepare blocks to flash Tool) and flashing the files which will generated from this process to repair your device
There is no Virus but Root methods are recognised as a Virus
